Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Software Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of complex software solutions across multiple clients or internal product teams. You'll play a key role in driving execution, communication, and product quality.

Location: Krapina, Croatia (On-site position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end software project lifecycles, from planning to delivery

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define scope and timelines

• Create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and documentation

• Track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)

• Identify risks and roadblocks, and proactively work to resolve them

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience managing software projects or products

• Proven track record delivering successful B2B or B2C software solutions

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
